Living room + Kitchen
You truly lack nothing here. In the living room, there are two wonderful sofas and comfortable armchairs to sink into with a book or simply do nothing at all. A large TV is available. In winter, there is a wood stove and underfloor heating on the ground floor. Each bedroom has heating. And of course, there are plenty of power outlets for charging your digital devices.
The dining area has a very spacious dining table with 10 chairs. You have a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven-microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso machine, and milk frother. There is plenty of cutlery, plates, and glasses available.
But cooking outside on the BBQ and dining in the garden at the huge garden table is, of course, also absolutely wonderful!
Bedrooms & Sanitary
Villa NovaTerra offers no less than 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is access to the central toilet. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious, while the other 2 bedrooms have a sloping roof. On this first floor, there is also a complete bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, shaving socket, and washing machine.
All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a ceiling fan with three settings. This way, you can still sleep comfortably during the warmer summer months.
Outdoor space (garden)
On a plot of 700 square meters, you naturally have plenty of outdoor space. Villa NovaTerra offers various seating areas. There is a fire pit, a BBQ, and a very large dining table with 10 comfortable chairs—of course, comfortable seat cushions are available.
In addition, you will find another dining table situated more in the shade, perfect for those warm summer days. Naturally, there is also a lounge set, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and/or a drink at the end of the afternoon. The biggest advantage: there is always a spot in the sun, but also always a spot in the shade.
